A focused three-project portfolio
The current website portfolio contains Graniti Construct Residence in Fushë Kosovë and two developments in Ulcinj: Horizon Ulcinj and Kompleksi Graniti Ulcinj. Each project has its own detail page, gallery, brochure and floor-by-floor apartment-plan interface.
Project pages are the source for building-specific facts. The two location guides compare only projects in the same market, while the Projects page remains the complete portfolio overview.
What buyers can review online
Graniti Construct publishes project locations, current website status labels, exterior visuals, floor plans and apartment plans. The plan library allows a buyer to move from a building or entrance to a floor and then to an individual unit.
A published plan is a useful comparison tool, but it is not a promise that a specific apartment is still available. Current availability, price, included specifications and contract terms must be confirmed directly with the team.
- Project and location context
- Floor-by-floor apartment plan galleries
- Downloadable project brochures
- Direct phone, WhatsApp and enquiry routes
- A separate channel for requesting current construction evidence
How to assess the developer and a project
A buyer should compare the published plan with the proposed contract and ask which drawing and specification version will form part of the agreement. Legal title, permits, payment milestones, completion terms and registration steps should be checked with independent qualified advisers in the country where the property is located.
Graniti Construct can provide project information and arrange contact. Independent legal, notarial, cadastral, tax and technical checks remain the buyer’s responsibility.

The website lists contact points in Fushë Kosovë and Ulcinj. Use the contact form or the displayed phone and WhatsApp options to name the project, apartment plan or floor you are considering so the team can answer a specific request.
